Artistic

My passion for the circus started early in my childhood, largely influenced by my sport teacher. She played a pivotal role by setting up a circus club for young kids and the Varieté Voilà at my school. I explored various disciplines, started by unicycle and trapeze to walking on circus balls, gymnastics, and, of course, partner acrobatics. By ninth grade, I was able to join the Varieté Voilà. I focused on partner acrobatics and later pole dancing and loving it since then.

Calisthenics and Weightlifting

My sports science studies led me to the gym. I quickly realized how additional strength could enhance my acrobatics. I quickly developed a passion for taking typical body weight exercises and adding extra weight—like doing pull-ups with additional resistance.

I often trained in outdoor sports parks as well, where I discovered the calisthenics scene. Thanks to my artistic background, I was able to compete in the German Freestyle Calisthenics Championship after just one year of training with the club „Black Forest Movement“.

After the German Freestyle Calisthenics Championship, I was looking for a new challenge. Lifting heavy weights fascinated me more and more.

I signed up for my first „Weigehted Calistehnics“ championship by „The Final Rep“  in 2024, where I secured the second place in the -57kg weight class and set two German records.  This competition qualified me for the European Championships. I am currently the second strongest woman in my weight class (-63 kg) and rank 16th worldwide.

Teaching

Teaching has always been a part of my athletic journey. For most of my training, I didn’t have a coach, so my friends and I had to teach ourselves most of our acrobatic skills. This led to plenty of mistakes, especially in the beginning, but it also helped me develop a deep understanding of movement and how to analyze techniques on my own.

Together with my sports studies, this gave me a solid foundation to work as a coach. During my studies, I earned the C-license in competitive gymnastics as well as a trampoline coaching certification.

I started teaching in the circus club of my school and at „Varieté Voilá“. In Canada, I taught gymnastics to preschool children and after I moved to Freiburg, I spent two years coaching kids and teenagers in partner acrobatics at“ PTSV Jahn“. I also supported the start up „We Move“ with workshops and holiday programs focused on parkour and gymnastics for both children and adults. Additionally, I offered handstand and calisthenics courses through university sports. In addition to my regular courses, I have had the opportunity to gain experience working with groups of people with unique needs. The conditions varied, including depression, autism, blindness and high intellectual ability.

In Frankfurt, I began teaching pole dance and partner acrobatics for adults at „TG Bornheim“ as well as giving personal Training to improve skills, strength, flexibility and overall health
